Playing this game without mods is kind of boring. Especially after finishing the storyline. I wonder what if we have all characters becoming interactable after finishing the story?
The answer to that question is obviously this mod! Introducing, Hangout with Story Characters mod, the team working on this mod are:

You can use this mod to assemble a group of remarkable people. Consisted of different characters throughout the story and places in the game. All you have to do is go to their spot and recruit them. This mod also includes in-game voices for these characters. It's a nice attention to detail!
This screenshot shows these characters outside the game cutscene to be interactable with the player. They are The Truth, Cesar, Ken, Madd Dogg, Paul, and Maccer. Most of these people can be found in Madd Dogg's mansion.
This is one of the moment that capture our friend, OG Loc, no longer become a busta to CJ and the Grove Street. Finally coming back to represent the gang! No crack in the hood!
